altLife Coaching is quite new to the UK and it is wrongly assumed that only highly paid business executives or celebrities would benefit from it (or could afford it). That could not be further from reality! My range of Life Coaching clients come from all walks of life, but what they all have in common is a desire to make positive changes to their lives. What is Life Coaching?
My Inspiring Excellence Coaching is simply a confidential partnership where you are helped in practical ways to:

3. Work out and agree options for change and commit to ways to get there.

Key to my approach is my skill in asking excellent questions. It sounds very simple yet it is a highly effective way of establishing key things, like for e.g. your perceptions about yourself , your aspirations, fears, current goals, challenges, stressors and achievements. Your answers help you to identify exactly what you want to achieve and by when. Most importantly you are then supported with identifying the HOW to achieving astonishing results. You agree to make changes to a more positive way thinking that will provide you with new, different or better actions and behaviours.

I am reminded of  an old adage which says “If you keep doing what you’ve always done, you’ll keep getting what you’ve always got!” Many of us will THINK and WANT to achieve more in life, but unless we set ourselves challenging GOALSand follow it up with definite ACTION then very little will change.
