Sports Commendation 3

"Wayne was invited to our senior open training camp to deliver a number of motivational sessions he entitled ‘Building mental muscle’ and to also provide some personal mentoring to selected athletes.
His presentations were extremely well prepared and performed, and aimed to give the athletes a valuable and potent understanding of how the brain works.  Through a series of images and personal examples, he introduced such topics as mental rehearsal, positive reinforcement and the “feel good” element of top level performance, issues which resounded strongly with athletes and professional coaches alike.  Wayne is undoubtedly one of the top speakers in this area and someone we would turn to again."
